HOW THIS WORKS
1. Getting Started
Once you get in touch with us and complete the Ntare Consulting New Client on-boarding documentation, we review it and make sure all the information required for a customs broker or agent to work on getting your goods imported is all there. We will not make a decision that will impact your goods without your knowledge as strive to keep you informed of all the activities that happen while your goods are under our jurisdiction.
We also make sure to introduce you to other value addition business solutions and management solutions that Ntare Consulting offers.
2. Marketing
We use technology, social media and human interaction in a bid to increase the reach our clients can get to. In doing this, we keep several objectives in mind that will provide the feedback on any method used.
Ntare Consulting will research the best market for your product or service and align our findings to the client expectations. We specialize in research on new and old markets to create realistic expectations that will serve as our basis for the actions that will be done for the agreed upon period

Payments Solutions
Ntare Consulting understands that as a small business, funding may not be the most abundant especially in the beginning - we make sure to provide our services at the most effective rate possible by exercising efficient policies, creating flexible payment solutions and short term financing options in order to get the ball rolling on this.
We also work with other banking and finance partners that we can leverage to provide the needed resources to make sure that your goods are imported, transported and warehoused as soon as needed.
4. Confirming your needs and getting to Work
We will then confirm the basic shipment details, additional services required, ask for more details and documents that will be used to determine cost and the best fee structure. We can also discuss payment terms, financing solutions and credit options at this time. More financial documentation will be required if full price for the service is not the preferred method of payment.
The required documents at this stage are the ones the Customs will absolutely need: a bill of lading or commercial invoice, Importer Security Filing and other permits. We will walk you through all the steps needed to get your goods into the country as soon as possible.
There is a lot of information we will need to then compile and present in the best order to make sure your goods are effectively serviced by the Customs and Boarder Patrol, our clearing and transport agent We will continue to keep you updated on the status of your shipment at prescribed meeting times and we encourage any questions or comments along the way. We will also present a schedule of activity and the best estimate at which the goods will arrive in the country, transported, packaged and delivered to retail location or final destination.
5. Clearance and Processing
We will ensure the creation of the customs declaration and other documentations needed to be submitted to U.S. Customs. This is handled by our specialized agents and partners that that have over 15 years of doing this work in the customs and boarder clearance industry. We have the ability to work across all ports of entry into the United States of America and will be working on Canada and Mexico in the near future.
Ntare Consulting offers flexible payments solutions that will be helpful in getting all your goods serviced, transported and stored securely and timely. Upon submission of your documents, we will have informed you of all the charges that we believe will result from this exercise. Funds must be made available at least to pay for the fees and taxes need to be paid before any goods can be released into the US at the boarder.
Once your clearance has been confirmed by U.S. Customs, we will notify you and your goods will be released and ready for final destination transportation. For some importers, this may mark the end of our services but if you need additional services, we offer all the services necessary in the logistics and retail chains.
6. Logistics and Retail planning
Ntare Consulting will transport your product from the point of entry to a warehouse or to the final retail destination. We will inform you of the product’s timeline and provide you with a window of arrival to ensure safety and peace of mind. Once packaged or if already packaged, these goods can also be delivered and stocked for you in a retail establishment that we can also establish for you.
Goods are sometimes transported in a way that maximizes space but not necessarily retail ready. We have the expertise and market knowledge to create appealing packages that will be easily identifiable, adhere to your brand and attract buyers in the retail space.
Once we have completed the first import session with us, we review with our agents and partners from the customs to the retail links to schedule the next shipment(s) in a more cost effective manner. We provide you with a detailed account of all charges and how these can be reduced or made more efficient the next time you work with us
