Pixel Tags allow us to count users who have visited certain pages of the Site, to deliver branded services, and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. such as operating agreements and comprehensive estate plans, offer customers a variety of flexible options for obtaining essential documentation without the necessity of government submission or involvement. If your order does not involve any filing requirements, you may request a refund within 5 days of purchase, provided that the order remains incomplete during that time frame.

However, once an order is marked as complete—indicated by its availability for download in your account or a receipt received in the mail—the refund window narrows significantly to just 7 days. Specifically for estate plans, refunds are permitted only within 7 days of completing the first estate plan product that you have purchased. It is important to keep these terms clearly in mind when considering your order to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Network Fees

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of their initial purchase, with specific conditions applied. For network membership fees, the monthly subscription is refundable, but users must cover any incurred usage fees, including storage and shipping costs. In the case of legal plans, refunds are available unless an attorney consultation has been completed. For NC Taxes® plans, refund eligibility depends on whether tax advisory services or tax prep services have been utilized; consulting with a Ntare Tax expert affects refund availability. Additionally, refund requests for legal form subscriptions are void once any form has been downloaded. After the 30-day period, refunds for network services cannot be processed.
